Request for Review of Charges
The purpose of this review is to make sure that you have the opportunity to provide additional information when you are not satisfied with the rationale for the charges on your account. Once this form is submitted, our review committee will objectively review all information, including your comments, solicit any additional information and/or approval from the Management Team and make any appropriate adjustments. The process will follow the following steps:
- Submission of the Request for Review of Charges (by you) within five (5) days of receipt of tenant balance statement.
- Review Committee will re-assess based on all available information including your account.
- Within five (5) days of the submission date, you will be notified via e-mail of the Committee's findings along with any adjustments or explanations.
- If there are any adjustments to the account based on the findings you will receive a Mutual Release Form (to be signed within five (5) days) and then either a check or possibly an invoice for additional amounts owed.
