This means that I and all of the other leasing agents are all on the phone assisting others. To meet your needs, First Rate Property Management has created a very interactive website. As the Leasing Team Leader, I encourage and support my team to provide excellent customer service to potential tenants, current tenants and property owners. I assist potential tenants in finding their next home by showing them available properties, guiding them through the application process, then executing and explaining the Rental Lease Agreement to the new tenants. I help maintain a safe and peaceful living environment for our valued tenants by helping address any questions or concerns they may have. I communicate with property owners to assist in maintaining the condition of their properties to help protect their investment, and I secure long-term leases and renewals for owners nearly every day.

I began with First Rate in 2014. I enjoy interacting with applicants, tenants and owners and I take pride in providing the best service possible. I feel and know that First Rate Property Management is an excellent property management company, staffed with a dedicated team who all take their careers seriously.

I joined First Rate Property Management in July of 2016. I am a current student at BSU, working towards a Bachelors in Multidisciplinary Studies with a Leadership Certificate and HR/Conflict management.  As the Maintenance Team Leader for First Rate Property Management, my main duty is to oversee the Maintenance Team and to coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and turnover of properties after a tenant moves out. I conduct move-out inspections with the vacating tenant to go over any necessary repairs and cleaning needed to get the property ready for the next tenant. After the contractors are done with their work, our team ensures that the work has been done to an appropriate quality level and that the property is "rent ready." I also coordinate annual projects, such as HVAC fall and spring servicing and other preventative maintenance, to ensure the quality and to maintain the value of our owners' properties.

I joined the First Rate Property Management Team in April of 2016. I have a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting as well as 14 years of corporate accounting and 8 years of real estate industry experience. I am also a proud veteran of the US Air Force.

Financial peace of mind is crucial for property owners, investors, and certainly is a priority for our team. Our financial services include cash management, rent collection, and payables all supported by detailed monthly accounting statements.

I joined First Rate Property Management in 2004, I have worked in every department to include leasing and maintenance. I have been part of the Accounting Team since 2012. I work mostly with our clients/owners, but I also work with our tenants as well as our vendors. My team is responsible A/P, A/R, and for posting your monthly statements along with copies of any invoices, transferring distribution checks, and paying any bills associated to your rental. We use state-of-the-art systems to ensure that our team exceeds the needs and expectations of our clients/owners. Annually we mail the year-end statements and 1099. I am always available to personally go over your account either by phone, email or in person. I also assist our tenants in explaining charges on their rental account. 

I am an active member and volunteer of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). I have served and volunteered as the Secretary of our local chapter from 2012-2016. I am currently serving as the 2017 Education Chair. I was the second person nationally to receive the CRMB® (Certified Residential Mangement Bookkeeper) designation from NARPM. I enjoy learning new things and putting all that I have learned into my work on a daily basis.

As Vice President of First Rate Property Management, I focus much of my time on Owner/Client Relations and new business development. I am the main contact for assisting investors with their management inquiries and needs. I take a lot of pride in our services and helping investors maximize the return on their investment. I am confident that First Rate Property Management will meet if not exceed your expectations. We provide professional services, use state-of-the-art technology, have great systems/procedures in place, and we go above and beyond.

I am an active member and volunteer of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM. I have earned professional designations through NARPM -- in 2007 I earned the Residential Management Professional and in 2009 I earned the Master Property Manager. On the local level, I have served and volunteered as the Education Chair (2015), Secretary (2006, 2010 and 2011), Treasurer (2013-2014), President-Elect (2007) and President (2008) on the local board for the SW Idaho Chapter of NARPM. I have attended many hours of classes, workshops, regional conferences and national conventions to better myself in this industry.

As the President of First Rate Property Management, my job is to oversee the daily tasks of the accounting, leasing and maintenance divisions. I have been working for First Rate since 2010 and I truly enjoy being a part of the day-to-day activities pertaining to our owners' investments. It is my daily goal to provide any assistance that my staff needs and continue to provide excellent customer service to all of our owners, tenants and vendors. I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. I am an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) at both the national and local levels.  I have served as the membership chair for the SW Idaho NARPM chapter for the past 2 years and I will seve as the SW Idaho Chapter President in 2018.  I  currently serve as NW Region Ambassador as well as the National Designation Mentor Chair. I received my RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation in 2016 and I plan to obtain my MPM by the end of 2017.  I am always looking to further my property management education by taking classes, participating in conferences and attending national conventions on a yearly basis.

LC came into the First Rate world on December 12th, 2013. She was rescued by Tara from one of the properties that First Rate manages. She immediately captured the hearts of the First Rate staff, especially Lizz and Tony. The name "LC" stands for "Little Cat" because LC was still very little when First Rate rescued her. She spends her days hanging out in the office lifting the spirits of the First Rate staff and overall just enjoying her life. On the weekends LC gets to go home with First Rate's Vice President, Lizz Loop. LC is very spoiled and is often the star of First Rate's Facebook page.
